We offer Free Returns, therefore in the unlikely event that you are not happy with your furniture just give us a call on 01829759259 or email us at: [email protected] and we will happily arrange the collection of your goods and issue you a full refund once we have received the items back into our warehouse and after they have been inspected.
Please note that Pallet Delivery charges are non-refundable. Therefore if you have upgraded your order to a Pallet Delivery service and decide to return your order after delivery you will only be refunded for the value of your furniture and not the Pallet Delivery charge. We will only arrange the collection of orders delivered on a pallet using our own delivery team on a day that we are delivering in your area[email protected] and we will arrange to return or replace the item free of charge.

We now offer finance for customers who are over 18 years old, have lived in the UK for at least three years and are placing an order to a total value of £500 or more. During your application a credit check will be performed, this may affect your credit score.

What Happens Next
- We process all orders manually for that extra personal touch
- For Items eligible for 24hr business courier service we will contact you to ask what day of the week you would like delivery.
- For items eligible for our Free 2 man delivery service, your delivery day based on our rota and other deliveries in your area that day.
- 2 to 3 days before your due delivery date we will contact you by text and email to confirm you are able to accept delivery.
Question: - What does the Premium Delivery Service cover?
The premium delivery service covers a white glove unpacking, removal of packaging and assembly service if required, where your items are unpacked and assembled in a room of your choice and all packaging is taken away and recycled.
This service is charged depending on the items you order. The minimum charge is £10
At the moment this premium service does not mean you will get your items quicker. We are able to offer expedited delivery on some items if they fit on a pallet for more information click here or call us.
Question: - Why can't I have delivery on the day I want?
In order to offer a Free delivery service and also maintain the lowest prices on the internet we need to plan when our vans are going to be in certain parts of the country on certain days.
Smaller items may be available via 24hr business courier on a week day of your choice, also if the item you want is able to fit on a pallet we can offer this service to you at extra cost.
Pallet delivery service offers that extra piece of flexibility for furniture delivery but you would need to arrange for the pallet to be unloaded and taking the item into the room you want it yourself.
Finally a pallet delivery service leaves a pallet behind which you would need to arrange to be disposed of yourself.
Question: - Why do you charge different amounts for assembly?
The amount of time and complexity of removing packaging and assembling items varies from order to order. We have compared our service to competitors and we believe we offer a better service and a better, fairer price for this white glove service.
