We offer Free Returns, therefore in the unlikely event that you are not happy with your furniture just give us a call on 01829759259 or email us at: [email protected] and we will happily arrange the collection of your goods and issue you a full refund once we have received the items back into our warehouse and after they have been inspected.
Please note that Pallet Delivery charges are non-refundable. Therefore if you have upgraded your order to a Pallet Delivery service and decide to return your order after delivery you will only be refunded for the value of your furniture and not the Pallet Delivery charge. We will only arrange the collection of orders delivered on a pallet using our own delivery team on a day that we are delivering in your area.
Returns - Terms & Conditions
Please note that all products that are being returned must be in the original packaging and the furniture is in the same condition as it was delivered in.
All products that are returned to us must be in their original packaging and original condition. If you do not have the original packaging then wrap up your furniture carefully with bubble wrap to ensure the safe return of it and also inform us when making your returns request that you do not have the original packaging. If your furniture is returned in a different condition to how it was delivered or if it has been modified in anyway you will not be eligible for a refund. Therefore please take care when packing up items for return.
If you are requesting a replacement or return due to receiving a damaged product you will be asked to email a photo showing the damage to: [email protected]uk
All returns and replacements will only be carried out using our own in house delivery team on a day that we are in your area. We cover the country in a 3 week rota so that is the maximum amount of time you will have to wait to return your order or have a replacement. If you have had delivery by DPD or a Pallet Delivery Service we will still only ever collect or replace your order using our own in-house delivery team.
All returns or replacements are to and from the original delivery address. If goods are subsequently moved from the original delivery address and are later reported as being damaged we will not accept liability for this damage as it is not clear if the damage could have been caused by a 3rd party removals or delivery company.
Refunds will only be issued once we have posession of the returned goods and after they have been inspected by our returns department to ensure that they are in the same condition as they were delivered. Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to appear in your account.
