Free 30 Day Returns

WWe have an easy returns policy, simply put if you do not like your item let us know within 30 day of receiving your delivery and we will collect if free of change.

How do I return my order?

If you would like to return your item, or would like to arrange a replacement item, then please call us on 01829 759 259 or email us at: returns@thefurnituremarket.co.uk and let us take care of the rest. We will happily arrange a replacement product, or refund you in full if you simply just want to return your order.

Return Terms & Conditions

  • Refunds will be issued once we have received your items back into stock – Once your items have been collected and returned to our warehouse our returns team will then inspect your items. Once a satisfactory inspection has been made you will receive your full refund. Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to appear in your account.
  • Express 2 Man Delivery charges are non-refundable. If you paid for an Express 2 Man Delivery service and decide to return your order after taking delivery then you will only be refunded for the value of your items and not the Express delivery charge as this is a delivery service that has been carried out by a third party specialist delivery company. If you have paid for an Express 2 Man Delivery service then you have up to 11am on the weekday (Monday-Friday) before your scheduled delivery day to cancel your order without charge.
  • Returns / Replacements will be only be carried out by our own delivery team. Returns and replacement orders will always be carried out using our own in-house two person delivery team on the days that we are delivering in your area (even if you have had delivery using Express 2 Man delivery or DPD couriers). This is so the items are returned safely and securely.
  • Premium Delivery (unbox, packaging removal and assembly) charges are non-refundable – If you have upgraded your delivery to include our unboxing, packaging removal and assembly service and you decide to return your order then we will collect your furniture free of charge. The premium delivery charge is non-refundable as this is a service that has been carried out on delivery.
  • All returned items must be in the same condition as delivered. If you do not have the original packaging then wrap up your furniture carefully with bubble wrap to ensure the safe return of it and inform us of this when making your returns request.
  • If your furniture is returned in a different condition to how it was delivered you will not be eligible for a refund. This includes any customer modifications. Therefore please ensure you take care when packing up items for return.
  • If you are reporting damage then you will be asked to send a photo. If you are requesting a return or replacement due to having received a damaged product then you must send photos of the damage to us at: returns@thefurnituremarket.co.uk
  • We will only collect from your original delivery address. The collection of all returns and replacements must be from your original delivery address. If goods are subsequently moved from the original delivery address and are later reported as being damaged we will not accept liability for any damage as it could have been done by a 3rd party. Also if you have used a 3rd party delivery or removals company to move your items from the original delivery address then we cannot take responsibility for any reported damage.
