If for some reason you receive it faulty or damaged please let us know within 30 days of taking delivery by emailing [email protected] and we will arrange to return or replace the item free of charge.
Returns - Terms & Conditions
Please note that all products that are being returned must be in the original packaging and the furniture is in the same condition as it was delivered in.
We must be notified of any modifications to an item in an attempt to repair, assemble or disassemble or make good any perceived faults or defects, that you or someone acting on your behalf undertake Before you carry them out in order to best advise you on any procedure. We may ask you to take a picture in order for us to better understand the situation and advise you further on a course of action. In any and all events we recommend you keep the packaging until you are sure you want to keep the furniture.
We cover the country in a maximum 3 week rota so this is the maximum time that you would have to wait to have your goods collected for return or replaced.
All returns or replacements are to and from the original delivery address as stated on the original order. If goods are subsequently moved from the original delivery address and were signed upon receipt as being in satisfactory condition, we are not liable for any further damage reported where it is not clear if the item could have been damaged by a 3rd party removals or courier company.
Refunds are only issued once we have possession of the returned goods and after they have been inspected by our returns department to ensure that they are in the same condition as they were delivered. Once a refund is issued it can take 2-5 working days to appear in your bank account.
