We offer 3 Types of Delivery:

1) Free 2 Person Delivery

This is our preferred delivery option as we control the whole delivery process and can guarantee total delivery satisfaction. This delivery is made using our own in-house trained delivery team (as pictured above) and using our own delivery vans.

We use this delivery method for larger items of furniture (beds, sideboards, tables, wardrobes etc. So you can be rest assured your delivery will take place carefully and on time. You can select your delivery day at checkout. In order for us to be able to offer Free 2 person delivery we have to deliver in geographical areas of the country on set days, (these are marked as the Free delivery days on our delivery calendar). We strive to continually reduce our carbon footprint wherever we can and therefore our delivery routes are planned for maximum efficiency to reduce the amount of miles driven. We will give you a 3 hour delivery time slot two days before your delivery takes place and also on the day of delivery we will call you 30mins beforehand.

Please note that our standard delivery does not include unboxing and removal of your packaging. If you would like us to unbox, remove and recycle your packaging then please upgrade your delivery service to this at checkout. This also includes complimentary assembly should any products require it. We will provide you for a quote for this at checkout once we have calculated the products that you are ordering.

2) Pallet Delivery

We also offer an express pallet delivery service for only £65 per order (regardless of the amount of pallets needed to deliver your order).

Pallet deliveries can take place on a weekday of your choice. The pallet delivery driver will deliver your pallet to a ‘Road Curbside’ only and you must be able to unpack the pallet, carry your furniture into your home and also dispose of the wooden pallet. We recommend that you have two people available to take delivery of your order on a pallet. You can select a Pallet Delivery service at checkout.

Large and awkward shaped products like Beds, Mattresses etc are excluded from this Pallet Delivery service as these items are too large to fit on a wooden pallet. Quite simply if your furniture can safely stack on a pallet and not over hang the pallet then we can deliver it using a pallet delivery service.

If you are unavailable to take delivery of your pallet order as planned on the day you have selected then you will incur a failed pallet delivery charge of £130 (this cost is the original £65 delivery charge and a £65 return delivery charge). All pallet deliveries are made using a 3rd party carrier on a selected weekday between the hours of 8am to 6pm. Therefore please ensure your are available all day on your selected day and that your address details are correct. It is also the customers responsibility to ensure the pallet delivery lorry will be able to gain access to outside your property. If a pallet delivery lorry cannot gain access and the pallet delivery is not possible because of this reason then you will also be liable to the failed delivery charge of £130. Therefore if you think a large lorry will not be able to easily gain access to outside your home or you are not sure then please do not select a pallet delivery method and instead please choose our Free 2 Man delivery service as this delivery is made using our own delivery team on a large van.

Please note that due to the current national lorry driver shortage the pallet delivery companies cannot 100% guarantee delivery on your chosen day. However it is more than likely it will be delivered on time but if not then it is likely be delivered the following day. Please only select this pallet delivery option if this is acceptable and you can take it the following day if required.

3) Free Next Day Parcel Delivery

We offer a Free Next Day Delivery service using DPD couriers on our smaller items of furniture (i.e. bedsides, stools, scoop dining chairs etc)...

Get it Fast - Order before 4pm to receive your furniture the next day, you can select delivery on a weekday of your choice.

This is a safe contactless one person delivery method as the items are delivered to your front door. If you order a small item as part of a larger order that contains a larger item of furniture then we will combine the delivery of all your items and delivery them together using our in-house 2 person delivery team.

We understand that furniture has to be handled very carefully and delivery into your home needs to be undertaken with careful consideration to ensure no breakages or damage is caused to your property. We are investing in Eco-Friendly deliveries

  • We have introduced a fleet of Renault Lo-Loader vans that are specially designed for efficient furniture deliveries. The engines are now Euro 6 and use Ad-Blue to reduce emissions. They are light and fuel efficient so it helps us reduce our environmental impact.
  • We have invested in delivery route planning software to ensure maximum delivery route efficiencies (i.e less miles driven = smaller carbon foot print per delivery).
  • We use the latest driver analytic software to ensure our vans are driven safely and efficiently.
  • We are also now exploring the use of electric delivery vans as we look to renew our fleet over time.

Is delivery always free?

Yes delivery is always free for our standard 2 person delivery or next day parcel delivery service. You can upgrade your delivery to our unbox, assemble if required and recycling of packaging service for a small fee that is quoted and selectable at checkout. We also offer a Pallet delivery service on a weekday of your choice for only £50 per order. This is only available for items of furniture that will fit on a pallet.

Can you unbox, assemble my furniture and take away the packaging for recycling?

Yes for a small fee that is quoted and selected at checkout you can upgrade your delivery service so our delivery team will unbox your furniture, assemble your furniture if required and then take away all of the packaging for recycling. The cost of this service is based on the amount of items you order and complexity of removing and recycling packaging and assembly time if required. This is a recommended service for the eco-minded customer as our furniture can come with plenty protective packaging.

What days and times do you deliver?

We deliver Monday to Saturday from 7am to 9pm. We deliver in certain areas of the country on set delivery days. We will also give you a 3 hour delivery time slot two days before your delivery and also call you 30 mins beforehand on the day of your delivery. You can check the available delivery days for your area by entering your postcode into our delivery postcode checker on our product detail pages and at checkout. If you are having parcel or pallet delivery then these are delivered on a weekday of your choice between 8am to 6pm.

Can I request a delivery day?

In order for us to offer a Free delivery service we plan our deliveries so our vans cover certain areas of the country on set days. You can check the available delivery days for your area by entering your postcode into our delivery postcode checker on our product detail pages and at checkout. If you require delivery on a different day then you can upgrade to a Pallet delivery service on a weekday of your choice for just £50 per order providing the items you are ordering will fit on a pallet.

Can I request a delivery time?

We plan our delivery routes in geo-graphical order so they are as fuel efficient as possible ensuring we are keeping our environmental impact to a minimum. Therefore we are unable to take delivery time requests, however you will be issued a 3 hour delivery time slot three days before your planned delivery date. Our drivers will also call you 30 mins beforehand on the day of your delivery. If you would like our drivers to carry out any special instructions then please give us a call in advance to your delivery and let us know your special delivery instructions.

Do I have to wait in all day for my delivery?

No you don’t, we will give you a 3 hour delivery time slot three days in advance to your delivery day and our drivers will call you 30 mins beforehand on the day of your delivery.

If you are having a parcel delivery then you will receive a DPD tracking email and text providing you with an expected delivery time. If you are having a pallet delivery then the delivery times are between 8am to 6pm however you can upgrade this pallet delivery so you get a AM or PM delivery time slot.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

It depends on the delivery method you have chosen. If your delivery is our Free 2 person delivery then we will leave a card in your letterbox asking you to call us to re-arrange another delivery date. The next available delivery date will be when we are next delivering in your area. If your delivery is being made by DPD Couriers then you will also receive a missed delivery card and they will try and deliver the following day. If you have paid for a pallet delivery and you are not in to take delivery then they will try and deliver the following day. For failed pallet deliveries you will be charged £50, this is because the pallet delivery company still charges us per delivery attempt whether or not you are there to accept the delivery.

If you know you are not going to be in to take your delivery as planned then please contact us as early as possible so we can make alternative delivery arrangements.

What areas do you deliver to?

We only deliver to mainland addresses in England, Wales & Southern Scotland. As indicated in green on the delivery zone map. We do not deliver to North Scotland or any off-shore islands. Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Sorry but we do not deliver overseas. We can however deliver to a mainland port in England, Wales or Southern Scotland if you want to arrange your own shipping from there. If you require any advice on shipping companies for off-shore islands then please email us at: [email protected] and we will do our best to advise you.

Can I collect my order?

Yes you can collect your order from our warehouse in Cheshire. If wanting to collect your order then please call us on 01829 759 259 to arrange the collection date and time so we can have your order ready for you. The person that placed the order must collect the order and provide identification.

Can I send a courier to collect my order?

We always prefer to deliver our furniture ourselves that way we can guarantee a safe delivery. However if you want to send an external courier you must pay for your order via bank transfer as we cannot be responsible for any damage caused by a third party delivery company.

Can I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?

Yes we can change your delivery address providing the person that placed the order authorises this change of delivery address. If you would like to change your delivery address then please call us on 01829 759 259 to arrange. If you have taken out finance on your order then a change of address must be approved by V12 Finance prior to any delivery taking place. Please note we cannot change your delivery address within 3 days of a planned delivery date.

What happens with my delivery if part of my order is out of stock?

If you place an order for an out of stock item along with an item that is in stock then we would automatically combine your order to make a single delivery once the out of stock items are back in stock. This is because we want to reduce our carbon footprint and not make more deliveries than necessary. If you would prefer to take delivery of the in stock item in the meantime then please call us on 01829 759 259 and we can arrange this no problem.

How long will delivery take if the item I ordered is out of stock?

If you place an order for an out of stock item then the expected due back in stock date will be advertised on the product listing. We will contact you to arrange delivery once we receive the item back into stock. We will also keep you updated should there be any changes to the due back in stock times.

Can you hold onto my order until I am ready for it to be delivered?

Yes no problem, please just advise us when ordering that you would like to delay delivery until you are ready.

What if my furniture does not fit into my property?

Our delivery team are very skilled and you will be surprised how good they are at safely delivering furniture into rooms with tricky access points. However on rare occasion large items of furniture simply will not fit due to tight access points in your home, if this happens then your furniture will be returned with our delivery team and you will be given the option of a replacement product or refund.

If you are aware of any difficulties that our delivery team may face when delivering your furniture then please let us know in advance to your delivery by emailing us at: [email protected] (ideally if you can send us photos showing any tight access points in your home we can advise you in advance if the delivery will be possible).

To ensure our high quality standards are maintained we often do a pre-delivery quality inspection prior to an item being loaded onto our vans for delivery. This is to ensure there is no damage and the item is of a high quality standard as expected. To do this properly we need to remove all the original packaging, inspect and then package it back up securely. If you see your furniture has been delivered outside of its original box then do not worry as it has been quality checked prior to delivery.

Can you remove my old furniture?

Sorry we cannot remove your old furniture as we do not have the recycling facilities for this.
