What Payment methods do you accept?
We take all major credit and debit cards, including, Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro and AMEX on our website and over the phone. If you prefer to order over the phone by card and your order is over £1000, we will send you a Sagepay Pay by link via email. You can also pay using PayPal and we offer finance on orders over £500 (Interest free options available if purchasing over £1000).
When is payment taken?
Payments are taken at the time of ordering. Finance payments are paid through V12 and start approx 1 month after delivery of the first item. If you would just like to pay a deposit to secure an item then that is ok, please just call us on 01829759259 and you can pay a deposit to secure an order and pay the rest of the balance prior to delivery.
Can I pay on delivery?
No. All items must be paid for in full before despatch and delivery. Our drivers are unable to take any payments for security purposes.
How long will my refund take?
Card refunds are processed within 48 hours and usually take 3-5 working days to show on a statement. BACS refunds will be sent to our accounts department and can take 48 hours to show. PayPal refunds will show immediately after processing.
My item is showing on Pre-Order, do I still have to pay in full when ordering?
If ordering through the website, the payment is taken in full at the time of ordering for all items. If ordering over the phone and the item is on pre order, we will require at least a 20% deposit to keep the item allocated to you.
If I have paid a deposit for an item on Pre-Order, when is the remaining balance taken?
Once the item arrives into stock, our sales team will contact you to arrange a delivery date and take the remaining balance from you.
Are card payments secure?
Yes. We use a payment system provided by Sagepay which is used by many online retailers. Our staff cannot see any of the card details entered online and any car details taken over the phone aren't visible after payment. We also stop the recording of our calls while payments are being taken. In addition to this we also offer a Sagepay Pay by Link facility. If you do not wish to give your card details over the phone we can set up your order for you and send you a payment link via email.
