What are your opening hours?

Our office and showroom opening times are:

Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5.30pm
Friday 8am – 5pm
Saturday & Sunday 10am – 4pm

Your phone lines are busy, can I contact you a different way?

We have a dedicated customer service team that is available to speak to during our opening hours. During very busy periods call's may be queued as all of our customer service team may already be on the phone to customers. This is very rare but if it happens then please be patient and we will answer your call as quickly as we can. Alternatively you can contact us using the Live chat function on our website or send us an email to: [email protected] and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

What is the typical response time to emails?

Offering a 5 star service to our customers is our number one priority. We aim to reply to all emails within 4 hours (usually quicker). During busy periods and weekends this can be longer however we will reply to all emails sent within working hours the same day. Our email address for any queries is: [email protected]

Your phone lines are busy, can I contact you a different way?

On the very rare occasion that you cannot get through by phone, we do also have a Live chat function on our website. You can contact us with any query on there or arrange a call back. You can also email [email protected] and we will get back to you the same day. Please note this should only occur on very rare occasions during peak times.

Do you have a Showroom?

Yes we have a showroom at our HQ based in Kelsall, Cheshire, CW60SR which you are very welcome to visit. We have a small selection of products from each range we sell out on display. In addition to this our warehouse is based here so we can always arrange product viewings for items that are in stock and not on display. We would kindly ask if there is an item you really want to see please contact us on 01829 759 259 prior to your arrival.

Do you offer collection of items from your showroom?

Yes you are very welcome to collect your item from our showroom in Kelsall. We would kindly request you call us on 01829 759 259 to advise us of this. We can then make sure the item is ready for collection. Please note some items are fully assembled so this will need to be considered when coming to collect and payment can be taken by chip and pin machine, cash or by ordering through the website. We cannot take card payments over the phone for collections.

Do you have all items in the showroom to view?

We have limited space in our showroom so we cannot showcase every item in every colour. However, we do have a vast range of items and we have something from each range in there. If there is something specific you wish to see and it is showing as in stock on our website, please call our sales team and we can make sure it is ready for you to view.

What payments do you accept in the showroom?

We have a card machine which can take any debit or credit card including Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro and AMEX. We also accept cash payments.

Do I have to make an appointment?

No. You are very welcome to just turn up during our opening hours and browse the furniture we have on display. However if you know you want to see something specific we kindly request calling in advance so we can check that we have the item are our warehouse in Kelsall and are able to get the item ready for you to view.
