The kitchen island is painted in a light cream colour with a satin paint finish and the 40mm thick oak top frame has a hand applied limed oak finish that really brings out the beauty in the oak grain, the oak top is then finished with a protective satin lacquered finish that is both hard-wearing and maintenance free.

This item is supplied with elegant chrome metal handles. The drawers have cup style handles and the doors have matching round handles. The contrasting chrome metal handles really finish off the furniture and perfectly complement the design. They give it an attractive feel that is both at home in a modern or traditional setting and these chrome handles are seen on many luxurious painted kitchens nowadays.

This kitchen island is skilfully hand made with traditional time honoured construction methods using a high quality North American solid oak for the top frame that surrounds a solid granite top, solid pine is used for the body frame and drawer internals and man-made board is used for selected panels for increased strength and durability over time.

This item is delivered in two boxes for easy access into your home. The base comes fully assembled and the top section with the granite insert is simply lifted into place and then screwed into place from underneath.

Please note that is a very solid and heavy piece of furniture so please ensure you have good access into your home to enable this to fit through doorways etc. The maximum width is 68cm so please ensure you measure your doorways to ensure it will fit through.
