This spring has seen a huge trend in these fabrics being used as the main centrepiece and inspiration in home design and decor. These materials not only look fabulous but showcase traditional manufacturing techniques, artistic skills and patterns that will create a cosy and illuminating feel in any room of the home.
Knitted fabrics are probably one of the most popular trends of the past 6 months as they provide a cosy and stylish appearance that looks great in neutral or country cottage inspired home interiors. Cushion covers and throws work particularly well in knitted fabrics with neutral beige, cream and coffee colours that create a welcoming ambiance in classic living room and bedroom interiors. For a more bohemian or kitsch style look then select hand knitted curtains, foot stools and wall art in bold and cheerful colour schemes.
Soft and sumptuous linen fabrics are perfect for any home interior as this versatile material can be used in a multitude of ways to create a light and inviting finish in your home.
