Natural Oak Plank Engineered Flooring – Floor Board Size Length 1900mm x Width 150mm x 14mm Thick.
This Natural Oak plank flooring has a clear matt lacquered finish that really brings out the natural beauty in the oak grain. The natural oak flooring has a protective UV lacquered finish that is hardwearing and durable.
This oak engineered flooring is made using premium Grade A oak that has uses the finest selection of oak timbers with minimal knots in the wood grain to ensure a more contemporary and clean look.
This floor has a Tongue & Groove (T&G) installation profiling and can be installed using the following methods: Glue Down, Nail Down & Floating. To reduce our carbon footprint we have not included printed installation instructions in the boxes and instead have these available on a download link on our installation tab
If your preferred installation method is ‘Floating’ then you will need to use a suitable underlay. We offer 3 choices of underlay to suit this flooring.
These plank floor boards have a beautiful V shaped micro-bevel on all four sides of the floor boards. This flooring is stylish in design and will add value to any home due to its longevity and durability as an oak flooring choice.
Oak engineered flooring is a preferred choice over solid oak flooring as it is more stable and will not shrink like a solid oak floor board. Due to the solid oak wear layer being glued on top of a more stable Eucalyptus plywood base you can be rest assured that any movement will be minimal.
We always recommend ordering 10% more flooring to allow for wastage and off cuts. The floor boards in each pack are mostly full length however there is an occasional half-length plank to allow for easier laying around the perimeter of the room.
We offer a 5 year domestic warranty on this flooring providing it is installed by a qualified installer and the conditions of the sub-floor and environment are suitable. See the full warranty terms on the downloadable instructions PDF on the installation tab.
Free Returns – We offer free returns on all our oak flooring providing the boxes have been unopened. If a box has been opened and the flooring removed we are sorry but we cannot accept the return of any flooring as it is deemed to of been used and is not is a new and saleable condition.

Installation Methods
(if floating we recommend using one of our suitable underlays)
This flooring is suitable for underfloor heating (wet systems only) We do not recommend installing this flooring in rooms that are exposed to water and excess moisture (such as bathrooms).
We always recommend your flooring is installed by a qualified flooring installer and the conditions of the sub-floor and environment are suitable as stated in these installation instructions.
You can find a qualified flooring installer near you by simply searching on ‘The Contract Flooring Association’ (CFA) website as they have a directory of qualified installers across the UK. See their website: www.cfa.org.uk
To validate your 5 year warranty you must use a qualified installer and the pre-installation checklist form must be completed and emailed to: [email protected] within 3 months of your delivery date for your warranty to be validated. This pre-installation checklist can be found at the back of the downloadable installation instructions.

Free Delivery dates are when our 2 Man Delivery service is in your area. We will provide you with a 3 hour delivery time slot at least 2 working days prior to your delivery date and on your delivery day call you 30mins before. Our delivery drivers will place your furniture in the room of your choice. |

Unboxing, Removal & Recycling of Packaging is quoted at checkout For a small fee you can upgrade your Free 2 Man Delivery service to include unboxing, removal and recycling of the packaging. This will also include a complimentary Assembly service for any furniture should it require assembly. Once you add your products to your basket and proceed to checkout we will provide you with a quotation for this delivery service upgrade. This service is only available on our Free 2 Man Delivery dates. |

£65 Pallet Delivery Service is available on a weekday of your choice. We also offer a Pallet delivery service for £65 per order. If you are unavailable to take delivery of your pallet order as planned then you will incur a failed pallet delivery charge of £130 (this is the £65 delivery charge & £65 return delivery charge). - 12 Months Interest Free (0%) Finance is available on orders of £1000 up to £15,000.
- For orders over £500 up to a maximum of £15,000 we offer Classic Credit Finance Options over 12, 24, 36 and 48 months at an APR of 14.9%.

If you are moving house and you would like your delivery to be made to a different address to that of your billing address then this must be approved by V12 Retail Finance during your application process. During your application V12 Retail Finance will perform a credit check and this may affect your credit score. No deposit is required to take out one of our finance packages and there are no hidden charges.
