Returns Policy - FREE 'No Quibble' 14 Day Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to
arrange the return of your goods for a full refund.
We offer a FREE returns policy for all the products we sell apart from the French Armoires (codes: SAN05 / SAN06 / SAN07 / SAN08). These French armoires are excluded from our FREE returns policy due to the size and complexity of the product and the time taken to deliver and assemble them in your home. If you return these products then there is a returns charge of £50 per order.
We always quality check your furniture before it leaves the warehouse in our efforts to provide great customer service. If for some reason you receive it faulty or damaged please let us know within 14 days of taking delivery by emailing email@example.com
Returning an Item is easy just follow the easy 3 step process...
Step 1: Email your request to return your product to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Email Checklist: Include the following information in your email:
Receipt number Found on the top of your receipt that you were given on delivery
Full Name & Collection address This is the address that you want us to collect the item from
Contact numbersHome & Mobile numbers required
Email addressSo we can email you to say when we plan to collect the item from you
If an item is faulty then please attach a photo of the defect We need a photo of the defect to help us understand the problem and gauge if a repair or replacement is necessary
Step 2: Click the below link to open up a returns form that you must print out and complete
Attach a copy of the completed form to each item of furniture that is to be returned. (Please note we will not collect any product that does not have a completed return form attached)

Step 3: We take care of the rest
Once you have emailed us to request an item to be returned by emailing: email@example.com
One of our customer service team will contact you to arrange the collection date
When we get the items back, we contact you to advise a full refund has been issued. Your refund will show on your card within 3 to 5 working days usually.
