All other products have a delivery price code: A , B or C.

Code A = £10

Code B = £29

Code C = £49

These delivery charges are based on the products weight, size and the form of delivery it will take, for example:

• Code A = Lighting, Artwork, Ceramics etc.   In other words, anything that can be sent via parcel carrier.  Weights less than 30kg and under 1m in size.
   

• Code B = Bedsides, Chests, Armchairs etc.  In other words, anything that can be handled by by one man.  Delivery forms can be by our in-house team or specialist courier.
   

• Code C = Wardrobes, Armoires, Sofas etc.  In other words, any large items of furniture that require specialist handling.

When buying online the delivery charge will be added to your order at checkout.  At this stage there is a drop down box so you can select FREE DELIVERY if your delivery is in Cheshire or over £1,000 in value.

Important Delivery Notes:

To keep our prices to a minimum we only operate one delivery driver per delivery vehicle. Your delivery driver will deliver goods into your home on a ground floor level. If you have poor accessibility to your front door please make sure you can offer assistance to our delivery driver if required or add the two man delivery service to your order. 

If you require items such as wardrobes to be taken upstairs you can opt to pay a surcharge of £40 for a two man delivery team who will carry your furniture to the room of your choice. Please select the two man delivery charge below and add it to your shopping cart.

You can also pay an assembly fee of £30 if your would like your furniture assembled when its delivered.  This is for items such as wardrobes, beds and tables where there may be a little bit of assemble required.  Please select the furniture assembly charge below and add it to your shopping cart.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all the goods you have ordered will fit into your home. It is essential that you check the measurements of all access areas e.g. doorways, hallways, stairs, stairwells, etc. to ensure delivery access will not restrict delivery. When you place your order you must inform us of any access restrictions or circumstances which may prevent successful delivery being completed.

Delivery Details:

• Free delivery is offered for all deliveries in Cheshire and for all orders over £1,000 in value. If this is the case then select the FREE DELIVERY option just before the checkout stage of the order process.
   

• Subsidised delivery is offered, so you only have to pay for one delivery charge, regardless of the amount of items you buy. 
   

• Personal Service, your delivery driver is more than willing to help you lift your goods into the room of your choice. If you are not able to help lift heavy goods upstairs, please select the two man delivery option.
   

• Standard Delivery Zones are mainland England, Wales & Southern Scotland.  If wanting delivery to northern areas of Scotland please contact us for a delivery quote.
   

• Delivery Times are usually 2-14 days depending on stock availability.  However some out of stock items can take longer, but in this case we will contact you to state the expected delivery time.  Please note that all SALE items are in stock and are usually delivered within 2-14 days.
