If you live outside this area please call us so we can give you a quote, sometimes we may recommend a courier company who will complete delivery for us. We also may be able to offer a pallet service depending on the size of the item at an extra charge.

If an item is in stock we can send your furniture to you on a next day service for just £49 per pallet Please note that this is only available for items that can fit onto a (100cm x 120cm) pallet and you will be responsible for unloading and disposal of the pallet.

Free Delivery is a standard delivery service to your front door on a ground floor only. If accessibility to your front door is restricted please offer assistance to our driver or select our two man delivery service who will be able to your furniture to a room of your choice.

• Some large items like wardrobes and bookcases may have a recommended Two Man Delivery Service due to one man not being able to deliver on his own. However if this is the case then this will be stated on the product listing..

• If you require your furniture to be taken upstairs please select the Two Man Delivery Service who will carry your furniture to the room of your choice.

• if you want your furniture assembling (like beds and wardrobes for example) please select the Two Man delivery & Assembly service.
  

Delivery Details

• Personal Service & Timed deliveries.  We can usually give you a 2 hour delivery time slot, 2 to 4 days before your delivery, this way you do not have to wait around all day. We pride ourselves on being the only furniture retailer to offer such an efficient service.
   

• Standard Free Delivery Zones are mainland England, Wales & Southern Scotland.  If wanting delivery to northern areas of Scotland, Ireland or off shore islands please contact us for a delivery quote.
  




• Access Restrictions - Please check that all the goods you have ordered will fit into your home. It is essential that you check the measurements of all access areas e.g. doorways, hallways, stairs, stairwells, etc. to ensure delivery access will not restrict delivery. When you place your order you must inform us of any access restrictions or circumstances which may prevent successful delivery being completed. Please see our terms & conditions for more details.
  

• Delivery Times are usually 1 - 4 weeks depending on stock availability.  However some out of stock items can take longer, but in this case we will contact you to state the expected delivery time.  Please note that all SALE items are in stock and are usually delivered within this period.
