Delivery Checklist:-Personal Service & Timed deliveries. We can usually give you a 2 hour delivery time slot, 2 to 3 days before your delivery, this way you do not have to wait around all day. We pride ourselves on being the only furniture retailer to offer such an efficient service. Standard Free Delivery Zones are mainland England, Wales & Southern Scotland. If wanting delivery to northern areas of Scotland, Ireland or off shore islands please contact us for a delivery quote.
Access Restrictions Please check that all the goods you have ordered will fit into your home. It is essential that you check the measurements of all access areas e.g. doorways, hallways, stairs, stairwells, etc. to ensure delivery access will not restrict delivery. When you place your order you must inform us of any access restrictions or circumstances which may prevent successful delivery being completed. Please see our terms & conditions for more details. Delivery Times are usually 1 - 4 weeks depending on stock availability. However some out of stock items can take longer, but in this case we will contact you to state the expected delivery time. Please note that all SALE items are in stock and are usually delivered within this period.
