Delivery & How to Order
What you get with our FREE Delivery service:
Large items of furniture will be delivered using our own 2 man delivery team and they will deliver your furniture to the room of your choice.
Small items of furniture (i.e. bedsides / mirrors etc) may be delivered using a 24hr courier so we can get your delivery to you faster, however this will only be a 1 man delivery to just inside your front door.
What you get with our PREMIUM delivery Service (only £30):
Assembly of any furniture if required.
Unpacking of furniture and placed wherever you want.
Removal of Packaging all boxes and packaging will be taken away and recycled. Please note that if selecting our standard FREE delivery service this does not include unpacking of your furniture or removal of your packaging.
Delivery Times are usually 1 – 3 weeks (providing your goods are in stock)
If your goods are not in stock then we will contact you to provide you with an estimated delivery time. All SALE items are in stock so delivery is within this time. 2 Hour Delivery Time Slots are provided 2 – 3 days in advance when we give you’re your scheduled delivery day, this way you don’t need to wait around all day and upon request we can also ensure our drivers call you 1 hour before delivery on the day if that helps. We pride ourselves on offering this personal and efficient service.
FREE Delivery Zones are mainland England, Wales & Southern Scotland
If you require delivery outside this area please call us on 01829 759 259 prior to ordering.
Delivery to Northern Scotland and the Highlands
We can offer delivery to PH1, PH2 (north of River Tay), PH12, PH13 & DD1-DD7 postcodes depending on the products being delivered, however there will be a surcharge. Otherwise we do not deliver to postcodes: AB, DD, HS, IV, KW, FK17-FK21, FK8 (west side of A81), G63, G83, G84, PA20-PA80, PH1, PH2 (north of River Tay), PH5-PH50. If unsure whether we deliver to your postcode then please call us on 01829 759 259 prior to ordering.
London Deliveries are every Saturday
We deliver in the London region every Saturday so you don’t need to take any time off work. We also deliver to London on a weekday during our 3 week schedule.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate access for our delivery team to access the room of your choice. If access is poor then we will not be able to deliver the furniture into the room of your choice and instead your furniture will be left wherever accessible.
