In the highly unlikely event you change your mind once the items are in your home or If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, we will be happy to
arrange the return of your goods. When we have the items back with us we will issue you a full refund. - Risk Free Furniture Shopping
We offer a FREE returns policy for all the products we sell apart from the French Armoires (codes: SAN05 / SAN06 / SAN07 / SAN08). These French armoires are excluded from our FREE returns policy due to the size and complexity of the product and the time taken to deliver and assemble them in your home. If you return these products then there is a returns charge of £50 per order.
We always quality check your furniture before it leaves the warehouse in our efforts to provide great customer service. If for some reason you receive it faulty or damaged please let us know within 14 days of taking delivery by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange to return or replace the item free of charge.

What Happens Next
We process all orders manually for that extra personal touch.
For Items eligible for 24hr business courier service we will contact you to ask what day of the week you would like delivery.
For items eligible for our Free 2 man delivery service, your delivery day based on our rota and other deliveries in your area that day.
2 to 3 days before your due delivery date we will contact you by text and email to confirm you are able to accept delivery.
Question: - What does the £25 SILVER delivery service cover?
The premium delivery service includes delivery of your items to a room of choice and all packaging is taken away.
At the moment this premium service does not mean you will get your items quicker. We are able to offer expidited delivery on some items if they fit on a pallet for more information call us on 01829 759259
Question: - What does the £50 GOLD delivery service cover?
The premium delivery service covers a white glove assembly service, where your items are unpacked and assembled in a room of your choice and all packaging is taken away.
At the moment this premium service does not mean you will get your items quicker. We are able to offer expidited delivery on some items if they fit on a pallet for more information click here or call us.
Question: - Why can't I have delivery on the day I want?
In order to offer a Free delivery service and also maintain the lowest prices on the internet we need to plan when our vans are going to be in certain parts of the country on certain days.
Smaller items may be available via 24hr business courier on a week day of your choice, also if the item you want is able to fit on a pallet we can offer this service to you at extra cost.
Pallet delivery service offers that extra piece of flexibility for furniture delivery but you would need to arrange for the pallet to be unloaded and taking the item into the room you want it yourself.
Finally a pallet delivery service leaves a pallet behind which you would need to arrange to be disposed of yourself.
Question: - Why do you charge £50 for assembly?
Our GOLD £50 delivery and assembly service covers the costs of the wages for the 2 men to assemble the item and remove all the packaging.
